Deliverables

D1: a report providing a thorough description of enforcement variables for the specific Swedish fisheries in the form of tabulated data.

D2: a report providing (i) assessment of estimates of theoretical enforcement relationships; (ii) method for estimating the shadow value; (iii) extension of the theory to include administrative and newer control tools.

D3: final report including software and simulations.
